How To Setup Advanced Routing

Description

This article will show you how to setup Advanced Routing for a customer. This feature is used to split a single domain across multiple Server IP/hostnames.

Requirements

  • A Partner/Customer Admin level account
  • Users split into Groups based on what Server IP/Hostname they are in. Please see How To Create A Group and Assign Users if you haven't done this yet
  • The Server IP/Hostnames of all Servers

The Process

  • Go to the Management tab
  • Select the Customer you want to activate this for
  • Go to Email tab
  • Go to Advanced Routing
  • Tick Activate Advanced Routing
  • Select the Groups radio button
  • Select the Group
  • Enter the IP/Hostname
  • Click Add
  • Repeat until you have entered the details for all Groups
  • Click Save
