How To Report Spam

Description

This article will cover how you can report a spam email through the MPmail Portal

Requirements

  • A Partner admin level log in to the MPmail Portal
  • The MPmail Customer you want to report spam for
  • The details of the email to report as spam

The Process

  • Log into your Partner admin level account
  • Make sure you are on the Workspace tab
  • Select the Customer from the drop down

  • Set the date range to the month of the email you are looking to report
  • Search for the email. Please see Search for a particular Email in Workspace for how to find your email
  • Select the email by ticking the box next to it
  • Click the drop down under User Options and select Report Spam

  • Click Perform Action
