How To Remove An Alias Domain From Mailboxes

Description

This article will cover removing an alias address from all mailboxes by excluding the Alias domain.

Requirements

  • A Partner level log in to the MPexchange Portal
  • The MPexchange Customer you want to perform the action on 
  • The Alias domain you want removed from all mailboxes

The Process

  • Log into your Partner Portal
  • Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
  • Select Active Accounts
  • Click Login next to the Customer
  • Click on the Services Menu then Domains

  • Click on the Domain you want to remove from mailboxes
  • Select the Include/Exclude tab
  • Click on the radio button for Excluded then tick the box below 'Delete additional email addresses with this domain name for all existing mailboxes and public folders
  • Click Save Changes
