How To Release An Email To Support Address

This article will cover how to release an email that has been caught in the quarantine to your nominated support address.

Requirements

The Process

To release an email to support you will have to log in as the customers domain.

  • Log into the MPMail Control Panel using the customers domain as the username
  • Ensure you are on the Workspace tab
  • Locate the email (use this article to learn how to search the Workspace)
  • Tick the box next to the email
  • Move up to Admin options and click the drop down box
  • Select Support
  • Click Perform action
