The Process

Office 365 - Provisioned Through Manage Protect

  • If you do not select Enable Auto but still want to select all Users, click the All button
  • Otherwise select each User individually

Adding SharePoint & OneDrive Backup

On the menu tab, select "SharePoint / OneDrive", and you should now see a screen where you can provision Backup365 to backup all of your files and data in SharePoint and OneDrive.

Select your reporting options and enter your email address, and then select "Provision". As Backup365 uses app-token based authentication for access to your Office 356 SharePoint / OneDrive information you should not need to re-enter your credentials after having provisioned Backup365 for email.
