How To Release An Email From Quarantine - Admin level

This article will cover how you can release an Email that has been caught in quarantine as an Administrator.

Requirements

  • A Partner level log in to the Business365 Portal
  • The details of the Email you want to release

The Process

  • Log into your Partner Portal
  • Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
  • Select Active Accounts
  • Click Login next to the Customer
  • Click on the Services Menu then Email Protection

  • Select Settings from the left hand side menu
  • Click on Admin quarantine

  • Search for the Email that you want to release then click the Release Selected button, you can select multiple emails at once.

If you would like to View the message, select Viewing as Grid.
