Filtering Quarantine - Message Routing Settings

​With the Email Protection filtering you will have two choices on how you want Email routing to happen. You can either have Emails go into the Junk folder of the user or into a Quarantine with a Email report. To choose this:
  • Log into your Partner Portal
  • Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
  • Select Active Accounts
  • Click Login next to the Customer
  • Click on the Services Menu then Email Protection

  • Click on the Settings Menu on the left
  • Choose which option you would like for that Customer and click Save changes
